I have an idea for a custom sweet.  Now what?

Once you have an idea you can send us an inquiry on the Orders page. It is best if you let us know as soon as possible (at least 2-3 weeks) as we are only able to accommodate a certain number of orders per week.  It is helpful if you provide information such as type of event, theme and number of guests. Providing pictures of sweets or designs that you like are also helpful.  Please note that sweets does not copy/replicate exact designs.  Pictures just serve as a starting point.  I like to use the analogy of showing up to a party or dance and someone has the same outfit on...not fun!  Our sweets are designed to be customized specifically for you.  

When should I order?

We suggest ordering at least 2-3 weeks in advance.  Because of the care spent on each order, availability is limited. All orders must be secured with a Non-Refundable 50% retainer fee in order to be fulfilled.  This deposit is paid to reserve your date and is Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable. The full balance is required 5 business days before order pick-up/delivery.  All changes to an order must be made no later than 5 business days in advance. Orders made within five or less business days of pick up require full payment upon order confirmation and will be subjected to a rush fee of $50.

Food Allergies

Please be aware that all sweets are made in a licensed cottage food operation facility (through RIverside County) and may contain or come in contact with wheat, soy, dairy and/or nuts.  Sweets will not be held responsible for allergic reactions resulting from our desserts.  It is your responsibility to make sure your guests are aware of any potential allergins.
